Hi I am Kirsten,
on my journey to finding EFT/MR, I have tried many modalities and finally found a community of like minded practitioners in the alternative Healing Space. The thread throughout the years has been my love of combining my creativity with mental health and wellness.

Life is like Art
You use the colours you have available, mix them up and apply them to an empty canvas. And at any time you choose you can paint over an image and recreate it. The painting underneath is still there. The same way - we can change our thoughts and change our lives. We cannot always choose our circumstances, but we can choose how we think and ultimately feel about them and which colours we want to add to our life.

I am like my Website
I am imperfect, a work in progress, during the building of this website, I was getting frustrated with the glitches of the program and I could not get this paragraph 'un-bolded'. Maybe it is me who has the glitches. Most people who have seen my website, have told me to get it built professionally - something about font families, spacing, colours and content.

I was trying to build a website that reflects me, maybe that's why it looks like this and even my company name. My daughter suggested to call it "Calm Ride Coaching". Who would call their company "Wild Ride Coaching" and then work in mental wellness and energy psychology?! Most of the names that start with Wild Ride are trying to sell anything from beer to food trucks to Harley excursions. But it means something to me and it is relevant to my energy healing journey. And yes, it has to do with a 300kg Harley with an 1860cc engine which I bought after a Matrix Reimprinting session that I did on myself and it was my first Past Life session ever. If this sounds a little out of the ordinary - absolutely! Which is why I am writing it here, so straight away you see me. The snippets of paintings are from pictures I did years ago but what I should really have shown are portraits, because I never thought I could paint portraits and now I love doing them.

My life motto is: Feel the fear and do it anyway! Stretch yourself and do the uncomfortable thing that you think you can never do. Like buying a big Harley after not having been on any motorbike over 20 years. I went back to riding school early one morning on the beautiful Gold Coast at 4C in the Hinterland, my hands almost frozen to the handle bar. And I couldn't remember where the clutch was (nor any of the other switches) and the trainer said to me: "Kirsten, you have an hour to remember to ride a bike and then the guys are coming and they are all on their own bikes and know how to ride". Then something miraculous happened. My brain dug up the feelings from long ago and I connected with the bike, remembered the switches and how to change gears smoothly and was allowed to ride and train with the group. I rode far from perfect and it took me a few bike drops and many months of riding and practicing on my own before I joined my first big HOG group ride. There is a whole other adventure story of a middle aged mum from Hong Kong riding in a group of mostly very rough looking dudes in their full black skull gears, covered in tattoos, on Harleys. It actually made my heart sing and I felt very empowered after surviving that chase on a sunny Sunday.
Just like painting and riding a big motor bike - living a fulfilled and happy life can take some practice, some tumbles, a lot of overcoming fear, changing direction and detaching from feeling judged.

I'd rather be a rider for a minute, than a spectator for a lifetime
This quote is from a Harley calendar and it highlights my point. In life, we are constantly confronted with situations that are uncomfortable, we might be judged for and we may not be able to immediately change. I encourage you to take charge and live a life of courage. As I am writing in my upcoming book: Life is short - grip it and rip it!

Here is my message: Accept where you are in the moment, be grateful for all the good things in your life and try to change what you can to raise your vibrations and in connection, the vibrations of those around you. Together we can create a better us and by extension, a better world.

Stress and worrying are at the heart of most of our issues and illnesses, which is why I help to introduce something like tapping, which may look a little unconventional,  but works wonders. It is a very beautiful modality you can use by yourself and with a practitioner to reach the deeper levels of your sub conscious.
Does stress affect you in life, at work or in the family? How about worrying, anxiety, chronic illness, grief or pain?
Do blocks or fears prevent you from reaching your goals? Tapping is like peeling an onion as you uncover more layers and are able to clear and discharge any blocks - you can think more clearly, make better and easier decisions about all aspects of your life and when your autonomic nervous system is balanced - you can be more balanced, heal and recover.

From Chaos to Calm to Confident
If any of this resonates with you, please know that changing a belief, an outlook or your lifestyle may result in deep changes to your life and relationships. This is at the heart of EFT and Matrix Reimprinting - finding and changing those limiting beliefs that steer our lives and transforming them for a positive future.
Ultimately, my goal is to empower you with techniques that you can use anywhere or anytime you feel stressed, anxious or in pain. Tapping is an easy yet powerful tool for calming the nervous system which may result in improved mental and physical well being. Chronic conditions or pain for example are often associated with feelings of fear, anger, frustration and when tapping not only on the actual pain symptoms but also on the feelings, the pain may subside.
